Walk on By was created in 2019 as part of a collaboration with Slim Typical, a London-based music producer, and served as the cover artwork for the single "Walk on by" by Orae Khalil & Terry. The song was released across major streaming platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music, and carries the atmosphere of a summer track - light, vibrant, and full of movement.

The painting translates that musical energy into color and form. Its layered, luminous composition reflects warmth, rhythm, and the feeling of passing through a bright seasonal moment. Rather than illustrating the song literally, the work captures its mood: spontaneous, expansive, and emotionally fluid.

In this sense, the image functions as both artwork and visual accompaniment - a standalone painting that also extends the identity of the single through color, gesture, and energy.

Artistic Approach
My work explores the space between control and intuition.
